White Chocolate Bread Pudding
Ingredients 2 loaves country white bread 1 cup melted butter 24 eggs 4 cups sugar 2 tbl cinnamon 2 tsp vanilla 8 cups milk 2 cups grated white chocolate Directions Cube Bread into 1/2 inch squares, toss in melted butter and toast until light golden brown. Mix milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in saucepan. Place on stove and scald. Beat all eggs together in bowl. Temper eggs with scalded milk
