Unique Asheville Dinner Helps Local Nonprofit

Each September, Historic Biltmore Village businesses and volunteers join to host Farm to Village – Dining Under the Stars in celebration of the unique history and personality of the Village community and its connection to local farms.  This year’s event takes place on Thursday, September 5th at 6 pm. Guests will dine under the stars at a 150’ long feasting table set in the middle of Boston Way.

Each year, for the Farm to Village – Dining Under the Stars event, organizers pick an organization to help. This year, proceeds will go to MANNA FoodBank.

More than a dozen of restaurants and farms, including Corner Kitchen and Red Stag Grill, participated in the meal.

“Farm to Village is just really important because it brings the community together, it shows the uniqueness of what historic Biltmore Village is and what it can be,” Rezaz Mediterranean Restaurant owner Laura Smith said.

Last year, the event won a Stoobie Award for Best Fancy Meal of the Year.
