Three Meat Meatloaf

A Corner Kitchen favorite.
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground lamb
1 lb ground pork
3 eggs
3 slices white bread crumbs
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes (rough chop)
to taste lavender herb mix
to taste salt & pepper

Directions

Combine all in large mixing bowl with paddle. Cook a tester to see if seasonings and consistency are correct. Roll into 3-inch loafs and cook in oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
