I am a server and I have worked at Corner Kitchen for about 3 months!
What is your favorite meal you’ve had at Corner Kitchen?
My favorite meal is a three way tie between the Shrimp and Grits, Huevos Tostados, and the Chicken and Waffles! These are the three I always recommend to my tables – everyone is always happy they took my advice!
What is one of your passions outside of work?
I am a couples and elopement photographer specializing in adventurous couples! I love getting to put together my passions of hiking and photography to create something magical! @racheljoyphotography_
Where in Asheville would you recommend?
Some places I looove are White Duck Taco, Rocky’s Hot Chicken, The Vault, New Belgium Brewing, Highland Brewing Company, Bold Rock (the downtown one is amazing, but I prefer the Mills River location for the more chill vibes!)
If you could travel anywhere in the world for a food experience, where would you go and what would you want to try?
Probably Japan! Japanese food is my absolute favorite and I’m not sure what I’d try specifically, I’d just go on a food tour and try everything lol!
