How long have you worked for Corner Kitchen?
7 years. I started as a busser, then moved to hosting and now I’m serving.

What’s the best meal you’ve had at Corner Kitchen?
During our lunch service, it would have to be our current Sweet Tea Smoked Turkey sandwich. For dinner, probably our Crab Cakes when they are available since we change our menu nightly.

What kitchen (or bar) tool could you not live without?
I couldn’t live without a bar towel (if that counts). I am a neat freak and am constantly cleaning up behind others. If there’s a pepper kernel hanging around, or a water mark from glasses I will find it and clean it!

If you could only have one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If I could only have one meal for the rest of my life it would be pretty much anything “chicken” – – fried, spicy, sweet, stuffed you name it – – I love it.

What’s the worst meal you’ve ever had?
Stuffed bell peppers.

What’s your favorite food movie?
I actually have two favorite food movies and I couldn’t choose between them. “Chocolat” and “The 100-Foot Journey”.

What’s the last thing you watched on TV and why did you choose to watch it?
The last thing I watched, and am currently watching on tv, is HGTV, more specifically “Fixer Upper”. I like getting ideas for when Michael and I get our own home plus I love Chip and Jo!
