As a group, we love to cook. And when we brought Karen Neal into the fold, we knew we had found someone to take us to the next level. Before Karen all of our desserts were of the “cooks dessert” variety. Things like Creme Brulee, Cheesecake, Bread Pudding and in the evenings, Soufflé. Karen brings a whole new dimension of creativity and expertise to the sweet things that we offer in the restaurants. BTW…the Soufflé has stayed on the menu and probably always will.
When Karen said she wanted to make pies for Thanksgiving and Christmas, we could only say yes! This being our first foray into the arena of holiday pies we’re going to limit the amount we make, but if you place your order soon, you should be able to have a beautiful hand-made pie on your table.
