Monday is Earth Day, and one Asheville restaurant’s putting a unique twist on the day.
Corner Kitchen in Biltmore Village is one of Asheville’s green-certified restaurants–and is asking patrons to dine in the dark. The restaurant chooses to dim the lights for diners, and serve a menu that has very low carbon footprint.
